David Bromley, a resident of Daylesford combines an established and multi-faceted capability in design with an ever-expanding web of passionate artists and artisans to create products and environments that we love to be surrounded in.  His two galleries, Bromley & Co in Daylesford’s main shopping precinct and his hidden gallery space in East Street.

Convent Gallery Daylesford

Nestled on the crest of Wombat Hill Botanical Gardens, over-looking Daylesford, the gallery is more than a three level haven of fine art in a historic 19th century mansion. This multi-award winning gallery offers endless possibilities for a unique and satisfying experience.

HIKING OR STROLLING

Take a relaxing scenic stroll through the Hepburn Spring Reserve, the Wombat Hill Botanical Gardens or around the rolling local farmland. Alternatively, enjoy a challenging hike across rugged escarpments within the Hepburn Springs / Daylesford region. For a serious walk, join the Great Dividing Trail as it passes through the region via the Federation Track from Ballarat to Daylesford, Dry Diggings Track from Daylesford to Castlemaine and the Lerderderg Track from Daylesford to Blackwood.

Lavender farm

Open September to May, Lavandula offers a very European experience where its serenity will lift your spirits. Out in the countryside ten minutes north of Daylesford you’ll find around the cobbled courtyard, a cluster of farmhouse buildings: the house, the Barn, and the Stillroom.  The Lavender Farm has a great café.
